1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order and crafted specifically based on each customer’s selected style, design, and specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is being produced exclusively for you.

2. Production & Processing Time

All orders require a minimum production time of up to 2 weeks before shipment. This timeframe allows for proper crafting, detailing, and quality inspection.

Production times may vary slightly depending on demand, customization, or unforeseen delays. By completing your purchase, you agree to this production timeframe.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

All orders must be paid in full or include an agreed-upon deposit before production begins. Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

4. All Sales Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for:
    •    Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers
    •    Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
