• Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and processing
• Orders are not shipped immediately after purchase
Once your item has completed production and passed quality inspection, it will be prepared for shipment.

After processing is complete, shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that shipping times are separate from production times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• Orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer
