All items are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
Each piece undergoes a detailed production and quality control process to ensure it meets our standards before shipment.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
